The normal build of our Temporary walls makes them quite noise resistant. If additional soundproofing is necessary, we can accommodate you. Please inquire.

yes, you can and it is usually $300

A pressurized wall is a temporary fixture that is installed using a pressure system to divide a living space into two or more separate spaces.Unlike permanent walls, pressured walls do not require nails or screws to attach to floors, ceilings or existing walls, and do not cause any damage to the structure of the building, which is why buildings allow them.Removal of a pressured wall is any easy and quick process, and is included in the price of the installation. If you’re building doesn’t allow pressurized walls we have other options that you’re building may permit. See our Services page for the full listing of our wall offerings.

In most circumstances, the walls are pressurized, so we do not screw anything into the existing structure. The maximum damage (and this rarely happens) is a scratch or minor mark as a result of being and working there. This is the same minor risk that you take when a moving company moves your furniture into the apartment. It is nothing that requires a real repair, or that you might lose your security deposit over.

Yes. It has a privacy lock.

Make a reservation to use the elevator.*

Clear the area where the wall will be installed (at least four feet on either side of where the wall will be). We can assist in moving furniture; however we do not take responsibility for any damage that may occur.

Please do not schedule your moving company the day we will be there.

We don’t do in-home estimates. There is no need. The walls are not prefabricated; we build them in the apartment, so even if you are a little off with the measurements it won’t be an issue. But we need you to email us your floor plan of the apartment to make sure of how much material me need to bring.*

Yes, it is for your safely. We also do not screw anything into the existing structure but it won’t effect the sturdiness.
